The Box Office

The Box Office is open to counter callers and for telephone sales between the hours of 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. On the evening of a show we are open to counter callers until fifteen minutes after the show commences. Tickets can be paid for by Cash / Cheque/ Credit Card / Debit Card and Theatre Tokens. There is a £1.50 card handling fee on all card payments. We also charge £0.50 postage or tickets can be collected from the venue.

Families

The theatre welcomes families.  Parents can use booster seats at all shows, which are available to hire for £2. 

Babes in arms may be admitted free of charge to certain shows deemed suitable for family audiences, on the understanding that they will be seated on a parent's or guardian's lap and will be removed immediately if causing a disturbance to other customers.
