Our creative and collaborative partnerships with local organisations are incredibly important to us and beneficial to the wider Kent community.
We're proud to be part of a wider association of arts organisations including The Forum, Trinity Youth Theatre, The RTW Museum and Tunbridge Wells Puppetry Festival. As well as working with Community orgaisations to entertain, educate and enrich the lives of our community.

The Gatwick Foundation Fund
The Gatwick Foundation Fund is an annual fund, where grants of up to £5000 are awarded to local projects and community groups. The Kent fund is managed in partnership with the Kent Community Foundation. The Gatwick Foundation Fund has awarded Assembly Hall Theatre a generous grant to support the Sherwood Drama Project.
The Sherwood Youth Drama project is run in partnership with the Youth Hub and CSU to will deliver a structured interventive drama programme with social and personal benefit to the participants and Community. Through drama and theatre skills, we will build their soft transferable skills and encourage safe discussion and exploration of relevant issues they may face.
CSU
The Community Safety Unit is a multi-agency team, co-located within Tunbridge Wells Town Hall. Its aim is to make the borough an even safer place for residents, visitors and businesses. The main role of the team is to work with partner agencies to reduce anti-social behaviour and address the Community Safety Partnership's priorities for 2019/20: domestic abuse, road safety, alcohol and substance abuse and safeguarding vulnerable victims.
Tunbridge Wells Youth Hub
Tunbridge Wells Youth Hub host a range of activities and services aimed at young people, both with the Hub and via co-ordinated outreach work in neighbouring local communities. The Hub is also the base for other Early Help and Preventative Service workers, alongside partners, all of whom will reach out to young people across the wider borough.
West Kent College
West Kent College in Tonbridge offers a wide and exciting range of nationally recognised qualifications. Recently graded as "Good" for teaching, learning and assessment, it provides specialisms within dance, music performance, acting, musical theatre and stage production. Students benefit from specialised training and the opportunity to be involved in productions - building on and developing new skills.
West Kent College is working with the Assembly Hall Theatre to provide creative-project based opportunities and deliver careers information to its students.
Trinity Theatre
Located in the centre of Tunbridge Wells, Trinity is a vibrant theatre hosting around 350 events a year, ranging from theatre and dance through to the biggest names in comedy and music. Trinity Youth Theatre runs many creative workshops and courses throughout the year, during school holidays and at the weekends. They vary in age group and theme, but always help children and young people to learn new skills or get involved in something creative!
Tunbridge Wells Dementia Friends
Tunbridge Wells Dementia Friends are a collective of local organisations working to improve the lives of local people affected by dementia by encouraging a community response. Allowing people to remain part of their community and maintaining their lifestyles for as long as possible.
This is Us Dance Company
"This is Us is fully inclusive and accessible Dance Group for all children, no matter their access requirement or ability. Removing the barrier for Children with access needs to participate in Dance Activities. The only youth company like it in West Kent, based in Tunbridge Wells. Assembly Hall Theatre is working along side This is Us to help deliver their vision of an inclusive arts festival, "Be You in 2020.
